Wow. I’m really impressed with the response from the last post
Great work from all those that have booked or had there focus session. Some amazing goals set, and some we’ve hit already. this is what happens when you really get down to it. fantastic.
So, you’ve set your goals, broken them down, and are consistently working towards them. Now what?
Well as always, i’ve another little challenge for you. Lets see who REALLY wants it? Who has taken to heart all we’ve discussed (both in person and through this blog). If you want to change your future, you’ve got to change today. If you keep doing the same things, the results are going to be the same. Period!
So I’ve put this challenge out there to spice things up a little. It shouldn’t be too tough, but its more about DOING it. One of the things that kept cropping up from various clients is that you “like to see the challenges.” and that ” you started them, but then didn’t have time”
Well if you want to make a change to your lifestyle, physique, whatever it is, then you have to put the work in. Yes that means training when you don’t feel like it. Yes that means that sometimes you are going to be tight for time. But just get it done!! You really will be motivated and proud of YOUR achievement if you complete the month. Its not a long time out of your day.
Here’s this months. I really want you al to just get this done. Not only for the benefits you’ll get physically, but it will show you that if its important to you, you will MAKE TIME.
