Regularly here at PBT Fitness, we like to challenge both our clients, and no clients to take part in a “Home Training Challenge”
Typically this takes the form of one to three exercises, performed on consecutive days, with increasing intensity as the days and weeks progress.
Now although this is a “just for fun” challenge, it really helps you stay on track with both your training, and the mindset needed to achieve your goals.
