So how did you all get on with the challenge last month? there was some great feedback and comments over on the PBT Fitness Facebook page. Big thank you to all that took part and i hope you got a lot from it?
One of the many comments that kept cropping up when talking to you guys is how it looked “pretty tough” at the start. Seeing everything laid out in front of you, and realising what was expected by the end of the month, was pretty daunting.
However, by breaking it down, piece by piece, day by day. You did it! and it wasn’t such a big ask by the end of the month. This just highlights the importance of both consistency, keeping going, no matter how hard it seems right now, and the importance of breaking the larger goal down, into smaller, manageable chunks. This is a very important skill to learn. Particularly on your fitness journey. When you start out, it seems a long and sometimes impossible task. but by breaking your goals down, bit by bit, day by day, and work consistently towards it, you’ll surprise yourself at what you can achieve.
So with all that in mind, are you ready to take up this months challenge???
This one moves on from the strong base you put down last month. and starts to really get you moving. As before its broken down and easy to follow.
